@Grace Ng, it still may not be a loss, so long as you now use the information and experience that you have GAINED to motivate you into taking the action necessary to bring you back to even keel and POSITIVE momentum financially.Expensive education can still get you to the same RICH destination as right-priced education - just takes a bit longer to recoup the initial outlay.

God touched me today to take a step back and recognize this enormous opportunity, to be able to personally witness exactly how a man's life can go from high to low, rich to poor very quickly without it actually happening to me.

I am interested in learning more and more about real estate investing, becoming a landlord, and possibly doing a flip or two.I enjoy what I do currently, but after listening Rich Dad, Poor Dad and others, I would like to create more income streams.
