I'm a bit leery to post all our numbers on the Internet searchable by Google.

If you've got a bunch of internet resistant tenants that complement each other like a sub shop, liquor store nail salon, hang-out coffee shop and ice cream shop with great sales and long-term leases then your good.

They skipped out on my water bill, their electric bill, their phone bill, their internet bill.

The things people say hiding behind the internet SMH.

Has the industry seen this type of investment boom before, or is this a product of the internet, turn key providers, wholesaling and guru's top ten cities?

If the home normally rents for $1,500 a month, I would add utilities to include internet and TV, lawncare, and anything else required so these guys could just live there and go to work.

You think you can get away with saying that **** to me over the Internet?
