Water Bill Question

I have a tenant about to move into a property I recently purchased. This is a condo so the water is sub metered and not done through the city. The water bill will be the tenants responsibility moving forward but unfortunately the water bill can not be switched into the tenants name since we are the owners. Any suggestions on an easy way to do this so the tenant can easily pay it each month?
