Will they argue excessive commissions?

I am just pointing out it is possible that appraisal was high.I also noticed when you criticized the comparable properties, on the first one you argued yours was bigger at 1900 square feet, but failed to mention on the second and third comparable that your property is smaller.

I would argue it's 1/3 age of the unit and 2/3 the tenants themselves. 

@AJ Osborne, I would actually argue that storage has LESS risk than residential RE, because of the volume of units.

Not arguing whether the law is right or wrong but certainly doesn't help my situation.  

Now that I have my license there are more rules and guidelines that I need to follow and technically now I'm being "held to a higher standard".Some would argue against wholesaling with a license as there are instances when it's not in the best interest of the seller/client, which could get you into trouble with the realtors association. 

I mean it almost sounds like one would be a hero if they built homes for people here based on the demand and I don’t think they’d argue with price much if it would be started and completed without having to wait 2 years!

You might be able to find a lawyer to argue that part of it?

I am admittedly biased but from a fundamentals stand point, it is hard for anyone to argue against self storage as an asset class that should warrant your serious consideration!
