I am just pointing out it is possible that appraisal was high.I also noticed when you criticized the comparable properties, on the first one you argued yours was bigger at 1900 square feet, but failed to mention on the second and third comparable that your property is smaller.

Now that I have my license there are more rules and guidelines that I need to follow and technically now I'm being "held to a higher standard".Some would argue against wholesaling with a license as there are instances when it's not in the best interest of the seller/client, which could get you into trouble with the realtors association.

I am admittedly biased but from a fundamentals stand point, it is hard for anyone to argue against self storage as an asset class that should warrant your serious consideration!
