Hello BP. Currently, I am writing a book and I wanted to get an understanding of what type of books people here would recommend.

Great suggestion @Dylan McCabe. I also think a book detailing, step by step, the operation side from offer to acceptance to day to day management to determining when to sell/refinance would be valuable. Using a real life example throughout it would be even better. Few books I've read really get into that type of detail.
