If you paint it red and people defend the fact you painted it red by arguing that..... red is a nice color and promotes happy thoughts, well then throw out all contracts and just decide when legal agreements matter on a whim.

We're 3 months in and have initiated 4 calls (work orders etc) to date.Here have been our data points, with both financials and some more 'color' on how they've gone:Early April 2018: First Call in was a Stop Box failure where it failed in the open position and tenant had not been paying Water Bill for entire tenacy.

It could be as simple as an agreed-upon shirt color or, if funds and resources permit, a hat, button or an apron/tool belt that can be used to hold change and proceeds.

Maybe first try yellow letters handwritten (pastel color letter to make it look like it’s from a relative, with a unique stamp= higher chance of an open), 3 to 4 weeks later try a post card, 4 weeks later try another post card and so on.
