SFH rental - Earthtone color scheme or cheap offwhite

I am starting another project, a possible flip or rental. I noticed that remodeled homes and rentals are boasting nice earth tone interior paint schemes these days. I like the look. I never did like the old off-white but it was cheap and easy to match up. Has anyone else gone this earth tone route and what brand / scheme have you tried.
