I see that you mentioned them giving you 30 days to change the title back to your name.However, that doesn't seem to be what those paragraphs you quoted say.

@Sheikh Umer , I'll let Dan get into details, but my experience seems to be that Vesta is more interested in making the profit of the yearly interest when the property is redeemed or sold than getting the property itself.

Living in the high-priced West Coast, most OOS investment opportunities may seem great on paper compared to your market. 

The building is still being worked on but recent comps in the area seem to indicate we are in a good place financially.

The bank I have been talking to for the loan / construction loan seems to be willing to apply that logic. 

It is critical to have a full picture in this market as a lot of lenders seem to be tightening their guidelines.
