As long as your numbers make sense then the packaged deal should sell itself.

In fact, folks are having a hard enough time selling those nice homes in packaged neighborhoods.If it were me, I would buy this property for a rental, and use the remodel money to make it bullet proof instead of nice.  

They also have a package for management companies, but I have not used that option.

Many states sell their tax certificates and tax sale properties to blocks of investors and these investors never get to see the properties that are packaged by the state city or municipalities.

If I ever decide to sell, I’ll package this condo with some others for another investor so it can be easily financed, and as an updated unit it should bring $25k or greater, a pretty good ROI on the initial $10k investment.
