SiteXData or Realquest AVM?

I am debating to sign up with either SiteXdata or Realquest to able to run comps or determine arv. Im in a non-disclosure state so the other free sites are no good for me. Im curious as to which site would be the most accurate in determining arv? SiteXdata is asking for $125 month which includes its Sitex report, comp locator report, and Plat map report. Realquest Express Silver package is $49/month. Anyone recommend one over the other and why?
