It cost you more in time going around hunting and searching for all theses sites, and time searching them for each applicant, when you can just pay a service to search all data nationwide, save time and money.

Pretty sure they're nation-wide. 

Looks like there are some larger nationwide management companies that cater to MTRs, but I'm just not willing to have a non-local management company take over the reins.

Aside from providing the basics (ie. listing tool to get the property published to 10+ major sites, scheduling tool to schedule viewings, tenant screening with comprehensive applications -- pulled reports from TransUnion, which include nationwide criminal background checks + credit checks + eviction history, digital lease creation tool, rent collection tool, and maintenance tracking tool), some services also offer your tenants waived ACH fees and additional capabilities which makes it an easier sell on your end when getting them to transition over (ie. their ability to report on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus; this can create an added incentive for making sure they pay that rent on time).

I'm just not sure how widely available they are nationwide?

I just want some tips and advice from those who have done this form of investing and who are currently doing this form of investing.Any information would be extremely helpful in terms of the ideal DP 20%, 30% 50%, perhaps some nationwide lenders.
