Best service for screening tenants?
I have looked on bigger pockets, I am sure there is a section, or blog post etc about this, but I have not found it. I Googled and found TurboTenant?
For those with multiple rentals, what service do you use for screening tenants, and how much does it cost them (or you)?

@Mateusz Piasta If you're just starting out, I suggest looking into a property management software that will help you with the application and tenant screening process. I recommend looking into Innago. The platform is integrated with Smartmove, so you get all your credit, criminal and eviction reports directly from TransUnion. Plus the software and screening features are free for you to use, Innago charges your tenants directly for screening reports. Your tenants will pay anywhere from $30-$40 dollars for their screening.
