Wanting to convert a LTR to a MTR
Hello,
I currently own a single family home in Vancouver, WA and the LT tenant is leaving at the end of this month. I've been interested in converting it to a MTR for sometime now catering to folks in the medical industry, mainly traveling nurses and possibly to corporate folks visiting the area for longer than 30 days. If you have any experience in this arena can you please share? I'd also like to know if you are utilizing a property management company that specifically caters to medium term rentals. It is my understanding that STRs, or anything under 30 days are illegal in Vancouver, WA but anything over 30 days is perfectly legal?
Thanks,
Darby
