I would also be interested in grabbing a cup of coffee and chatting, I am just getting into the Edmonton Rental market and would be nice to talk to someone with experience and knowledge in rental properties.

Hello guys and girls this is my first post so try and take it easy on me, but ill give you a little insight on what i would like to do.

To ensure you don't devise some deal that is skewed, trying to grab all that can be had, you need to see a RMLO to originate the loan side.Never met an investor type property owner that thought their property was worth less than its market value, they all think it's at or above market value, after all, they own it.

Youngsters do appreciate the new tools and ease of use of mobile apps these sites have.Also note tha fact that Zillow has been on an acquisition spree and grabbed every important listings site such as Postlets, Hotpads and now Trulia merger.These sites alone were the massive source to posting on craigs (not directly but by generating the copy-paste) code.

You will only find a couple at each meet up, so go to as many as possible and grab those cards!

I'd eventually transition out to a private property to raise my family (I need a yard for my baby girl) but would like to have it as an investment as well.
