One unit needed quite a bit of rehab to include flooring, paint, refinish the cabinets, water heater, new siding on the storage shed on the back, new front door etc.

The bathrooms and kitchens need an upgrade as they have the original beige cabinets.

Hire a designer in the beginning of the project to make architectural changes that they believe will add aesthetically, such as moving light fixtures, changes to kitchen cabinets, shower niches, etc.

Most likely going to only have upper cabinets on the right side of the kitchen and have a wall mounted range hood.

Open up the wall & Insulate them.Have the tenants keep the water on a slow drip.Have the tenants keep the sink cabinet doors open.

So far we have installed flooring, painted throughout, painted the kitchen cabinets and some other cosmetic changes.

Look under the sinks, open up cabinets, peel away what you can... 

Upon closing, we refinished the kitchen cabinets, added new appliances, new vanities, and fresh paint on the interior and exterior.
