I recently started working part-time because we had a baby, so my income won't cover my primary residence along with an investment property since I cant use my husbands income.

Since I decided to flip, I had to set impossible goals to get this baby on the market at least by July 1st!

That's very high for a SFR, but not crazy if by number of "properties in loan = 4" you mean "unit count of property = 4".Though you're in Ohio where everything is a little baby loan, making rates higher across the board. 

I live in the great city of Austin, TX with my husband and new baby.

While the baby blue in the bathroom would not have been my first choice, the color is moot considering that you've got a VERY uneven ceiling line in that bathroom indicating a poor quality job and it looks like the bathtub hasn't been caulked.The kitchen is also... interesting.
