Hello! Been somewhat of a lurker here and there for a while.  This is my first post to introduce myself.  I'm brand new to real estate investing and looking to absorb all the knowledge. Real estate investing has been something I've wanted to do for about 10 years but never really had the means to get started.  That has changed and I'm at a crossroads in my career and ready to get started.  

I live in the great city of Austin, TX with my husband and new baby.  I hope to become active in this community and get to know some of you.
