Called the plumber for the fourth time in 4 months
Sewage ejector pump went out this time. Before it was the float getting stuck. He told me that there were baby wipes and a lot of grease in the pump. In total it has cost me a little over $1300 to have this problem fixed. What should I say to the tenants? Can I charge them for any future repairs if I know that they are causing the problems?
