Adam, It depends, especially if there is no snow, but in the past it was running me about $75/ month for lawn care. they have since changed there landscaper and for May i was charged $51 on one property for 3 visits. so about $17/ visit.

@Chris Purcell we are talking different things I am not talking about garden variety CC fraud.. of course you can dispute those.. what I am talking about is your e mail getting intercepted between you and your title company or closing attorney a few digits altered and you wire 100k to the wrong account.. that money is GONE and GONE forever and your SOL. why the title companies and lawyer closers are so adamant about it is its happened to them .. and they have to cover.your the seller you have proceeds title company says they wired it does not show up in your account.. well they have to eat it and cover it..

Of course, my suggestion would be a last resort to the two previous recommendations given (as I like theirs better anyway) but see about raising private funds from friends and family for the down payment of the seller is absolutely adamant about 20%.But as one mentioned.

My neighbor is adamantly against cash-out refinancing because you are always keeping your balance sheet leveraged - therefore if any significant downturns happen you don't have ANY equity.He bought a duplex in LA in the 1970s.
