Is anyone investing in the Grand Rapids, MI area? If so, looking for insights in the residential buy and hold market. I am considering 2 plus units as an out of state investor. How is the local market, what are the major industries hiring there, how many people are moving into the area, vacancy rates, market rents, etc.? Or if you have any local contacts there (investor friendly agents, other investors, etc.) Thanks!

I'm a new investor myself but I believe that @Tim VandenToorn could help you out with your endeavors.

Best of luck!
