You will find many many resources here and a community of like minded folks willing to help you out in just about any way you can think of.I am on the lending side of things and am a broker. 

Help Daniel, those areas might cashflow but appreciation will not happen you will need to look at more expensive areas and higher class areas .

From what I’ve heard, a lot of STR owners are doing the same thing to maximize their tax benefits.If you need help working through this or setting up the STR management side of things, feel free to reach out.

Curious as to opinions on this situation, there may not be a 'right' answer but sometimes others' thoughts help open up new ways of thinking.

Regarding your 2nd floor kitchen faucet that is experiencing low water pressure, it's likely a simple fix such as the faucet aerator (a screen that helps create a smooth stream of water).

Also, I'd suggest that as you get going, you finish setting up your profile to help folks know how best to help you!
