Hello everyone!  I live in Northern Oakland County in the State of Michigan about 45 minutes North of Detroit.  I am starting out later in life (age 50) and looking to have some passive cash flow and hoping for appreciation over time.  Currently looking in the Burton and Flint areas.  If anyone is close and would like to talk strategy let me know.
