The company has rapidly grown using this model, and they still do this kind of service, but there are few others who do.You can always go visit a turnkey company and their market on your own, and I do recommend it for a whole lot of reasons, especially when you are making the first investment with that company and in that market.

We like this model because it has the unalterable manual meter in-line (usually under the house), but also comes with an 8' wire and remote reader to mount on the side of the house to make for easy readings.And that other website is www.mobilehomeuniversity.com.Good luck to you,-jl-

A business model based on the old stereotypical image of joining a country club, making friends on the golf course and instantly gaining business success probably should not be exclusively followed by the newbie, however, with the importance of networking and reputation, I think they should try to steer clear from being disliked by too many people if possible.

Could sell as-is to retail buyers for around $215,000 (those are comps, same model and condition house across the street sold for 215), but with a few updates comps are around $240,000 in the neighborhood.

@Brian Barfoot  Well the banks I guess have short memories.. the bank now has 100% risk on the asset you have none .. short of credit issue.I see this going on all across the industry.. right back into some of the models that created all the havoc...
