In reference to the appointments, that was a typo, 38 appointments out of 529 contacts, so 7%, however as indicated in my initial post all of these are not actually qualified leads even though they were dispositioned as such.

Oddly, several people post about how exciting the learning they paid the $8,900 mentor program is, but no one seems to have done a deal or made money from it.

Every person who will reply to this post is  most likely a syndicator or fund manager (well 2/2 so far).You can search here on BP, there are groups like Left Field Investors as well.
