Beginner investor searching for my first MLA opportunity

I am gonna be using the master bedroom with its own bathroom and then there is one more bedroom with a full bathroom downstairs, so the issue is only with these 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom allocation.

San Jose CA - small post WW2 house w/weird layout & freaking tiny roomsOriginal: 4 Beds/1 bath, 1100 sqft.Added 400 sqft, combined 2 tiny bedrooms into one master with master bath.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite (notice we're not allowed to say "master suite" anymore) adds extras such as a massage room and private terrace.

These ddls do come with a master key as well, in the event the lock fails.  

I have been researching selling financing and master lease options and been trying figure out the best way to go about finding deals of this nature. 

Maybe you should consider using a master lease.  

We have remodeled the master bath, but that is all.
