A lot is happening here: the new Soccer stadium/Kaiser facility downtown, Centene Health Insurance office campus in Natomas, the consolidated Blue Bottle roasting facility in West Sac, etc.  

For the future: Always use a blue pen for signatures. 

We hired a management company, Blue Peak Realty, which is a subsidiary of WC Equity Group.

I'm curious if this is just a "coastal California phenomenon," something that is more enforced around water sources (ocean, lakes, rivers).

Landing a dream job is difficult you need to take some form of income tell you get that part  figured out .Blue collar jobs are yelling for help take you pick Google what looks good .Experience  is the catch 22 so expect to make less tell you are are worth more .

My family has been very very active and I have learned so much so fast from my mom @Rhonda Blue about the whole process of researching areas, out of state investing, SoCal investing, Pheonix areas, especially TN and vacation rentals.
