Hello! I am looking to buy my first house hack in March 2020. I currently live in Sacramento California and I am looking to purchase in that area as well.

I have a little bit of real estate experience from being a realtor in Texas but I focused on residential rentals as well as apartment referrals.

I am in search of a realtor in the Sacramento area, or anyone that could give me some useful tips or general advice.
