Working on an opportunity to acquire a property with an existing FHA loan. 

2 years since I've been a loan officer.. was selling cashout refi for mostly VA but FHA and Conv as well...

I used a program in Minnesota to finance a small downpayment with a no-interest loan, then had a loan from my parents to fill in about $5000 of costs.

Quick question where can I go to get land loans ?

New well, improved pumps and the 2nd well was just turned on.

So we had to take the risk or choose a normal insurance during the period and switch over after our loan was resold. 

I have read every forum I could find reviewing of each of these and most are fairly dated so it'd be great to have recent experiences with them considering how software changes/hopefully improves with time and development.

If you live in the property there are some great owner-occupy loans available, like FHA or low money down conventional loans.

Also, if you get a negative cleaning review, you can speak with your cleaners and talk about areas you can work to improve on to ensure success.
