Preforeclosures are hard to come by.I am still trying to get my first deal.I work fulltime for low pay, so dont have the money to invest in systems or mail campaigns.What I do is find my leads through Zillow, auction.com ane from free ads I place on CL.Then I door knock.

Im doing so much reading and watching videos on rei and i just feel lost.. it seems that everyone has money and the perfect line of credit or some giving them a big lump sum of money.. but me im working a part time job trying to save every penny i get and cant do that because im up to my neck in bills.. i know when theres a will theres a way but i feel like im knocking on a door with no answer.. feeling lost and out of options... but i will keep trying until something happens... any advice

@Kitty JedraDirect mail is actually a series of 7 different mailings.Have a buddy who walks a targeted neighborhood door knocking on doors speaking to residents on behalf of the local politician.
