Hello,

As a newbie at real estate investing, I was wondering if someone can provide some suggestions on how to find good deals on properties, other than MLS.

Thank you in advance!

There's lots of places to find deals:

  • Craigslist
  • Your local newspaper or classifieds website
  • Zillow.com
  • Relator.com
  • Drive for dollars
  • Or you could do other off-market deals by doing direct mail, marketing, etc.

Hope this helps @Kitty Jedra !
