I'm in the process of obtain my first property (1 bed, 1 bath condo) which I plan on living in while remodeling and working my full-time job (I'm an water-damage estimator for a licensed contractor/remediation company in Southern California ).I plan on fixing up my new home and either renting or flipping it within the next year.I look forward to the fun learning experiences along my journey.

Scope: New kitchen, new bath, refinished the 95 year old white oak (front of house) & birch (hallways & bedrooms) floors, retrimming some areas to remediate shoddy work that had accumulated over the years, lots of cracked plaster repair, restored painted door & window hardware, and fresh paint throughout.

Yup we now do asbestos on all tear downs we got caught when the law changed and got a 19k fine plus 25k remediation after the fact.. not good ....
