Waste Management now requires Asbestos testing before delivery

As of last week, Waste Management now requires that you have any suspected surfaces of asbestos to be tested before they will schedule or deliver a dumpster for construction demo. They have paperwork that has to be filed with the results then they deliver.

Of course, this adds additional time and fees, so be aware!
