Hello BP Community, This my first post and found some great information while searching the Internet about 3 weeks ago and have been listening to the podcasts since. I'm in the process of obtain my first property (1 bed, 1 bath condo) which I plan on living in while remodeling and working my full-time job (I'm an water-damage estimator for a licensed contractor/remediation company in Southern California ). I plan on fixing up my new home and either renting or flipping it within the next year. I look forward to the fun learning experiences along my journey. Kimura
