We transformed it from a wrecked modern-style home to a street-of-dreams level Tuscan Ranch home.

I was just noticing the progress in this building in particular...I really enjoy seeing such a massive shopping center in the shape this one is in, begin its transformation to something very nice.

Post some pics sometime of before, during and after as I and likely others would love to see the transformation.  

There's nothing wrong with wanting truly passive income once you've acquired the property, nor is there anything wrong with wanting to transform a property into a money-making machine.
