Now, you must be extremely careful on renting to the next resident moving in.

The city has tons of older properties in good areas in need of remodeling and extremely low inventory.

I live in Louisiana, where lot rents are extremely low ($100-$200), and most investors & brokers seem to include the mobile home rental income in the valuation, which prices me out of valueing based on lot rents.
