That only comes from experience, on going study and a formal educational background.Experience in your field is obvious, time on the job, the more time the more one is exposed to varied situations, it's not the number of years one may have sat there doing a repetitious strategy or function doing some niche area of business but more to the exposure of various aspects in different situations that allow experience to build on a broader level.
