Hello Everyone,

My name is Lester and I am currently an active duty military member looking to branch out into the exciting world of real estate investing. currently I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible for Wholesaling probate properties. I think my biggest struggle thus far is trying to locate cash buyers. I would like to have a list together prior to finding properties. Any tips?

Hello Lester,

You've starting on the right foot. BP is great place to get exposure and everyone here is very helpful.  If you market your properties correctly the cash buyers will emerge. The best advise I can give you is to get your first property under contract and put it here on the BP Marketplace. If you've done your homework and offer the property as a true wholesale, not retail/market. ( Newbies sometimes make this mistake and try to reach for the gold ). The investors on here are very seasoned and know a properties value. Once you've done this your buyers list will grow overnight. You can add me, I will PM you.
