Negative comments regarding the location or HOA online will deter potential buyers from submitting an offer with a quickness.Side note: To get the mention feature to work correctly, type the '@' then the first few letters of the person's name and wait for it to pop up in a box below then click it.

Some will have to invest in "funds" (really operating companies) as things evolve because those are likely to be the only suitable constructs under Title IV for non-accredited investors.  506(b) and 506(c) will continue to dominate SPVs and single purpose raises for small projects.

Or maybe the GC has been asked to do it by other investors because it was a minimal cost for a feature that they can market later.I'd recommend you knock on the next door neighbors' doors and ask whether they've experienced flooding and whether they have french drains and/or sump pumps.As for the cost, it depends on whether you're excavating the basement for other reasons.

The search feature on BP will become your best friend:  notice that the results are separated into different types of results, ie forums, people, etc.Also, set up your keywords (look in the upper right corner of this page) to include 'boston', 'new hampshire', 'massachusetts', 'ma' 'nh' to be notified when people post including those words.
