Hey Trigun,I would highly recommend listening to podcast episodes from the following MHP investors:-Mobile Home Investing (Hosted by Kevin Bupp and Charles Dehart)-Mobile Home Park Investors (Hosted By Jefferson Lilly)-Mobile Home Park Mastery Podcast (Hosted by Frank Rolf)Each of these shows have a ton of information on acquisitions, due diligence, financing, operations, and everything in between.

Our management company stack is: Hostfully (PMS), Smartbnb (Messaging), Breezeway (Task management), Pricelabs (Pricing), Noiseaware (Noise monitoring), Ring (Security), August (Smartlock), and Hostfully again for their digital guidebooks.

That particular city has a small contingent of residents who have misconstrued data points and have caught the ear of some talk radio hosts.  

LOL, I would certainly close without clear title if the title company was stupid enough to sell me a title insurance policy without properly researching the title and figuring out there was an obvious cloud on it.

I've been interested in hosting a BP REI meet up for a while now and wanted to gauge the interest in the community as well as understand what people would like to get out of the meet ups. 

I do not know that specific answer other than anecdotally I heard someone say, whom went to one of the informational meetings hosted by a law firm, that "you sure don't want to do lease options in NY anymore."

Also became a super host :)SO I would look at a place that's close to the train lines, easy access to downtown.
