Managing multiple bank accounts would be stressful enough.I would just learn how to use excel and keep everything under one account unless you're scaling towards huge apartment complexes or 8+ units.As far as liability goes, just have insurance.

Apparently, advocates have moved past a request seeking deferred payments, or other options, to simply demanding that rent be waived altogether.My concern is that regardless of whatever is offered in an attempt to explain that LLs have obligations as well, emotions are going to feed this issue and automatic unchallenged waivers of rent will be demanded by tenants on a massive national scale.

Two nights ago one of the talking heads said what she wants is for the government to realize it needs to start buying apartment complexes large scale so people don't have the burden of rent anymore.

So in other words, if you have a high debt ratio without the mortgage, by having a mortgage the ratio and positive payments affect it possibly but as soon as you remove the mortgage the scale moves.

And there are more and more new 2-family homes being built all over the place.With price per square foot still hovering in the mid $200s and the commute to Downtown Manhattan an easy 30 minutes, Bayonne is attracting a lot of interest, and I think it's a great house-hacking opportunity, especially for those coming from much more expensive markets (most of NYC and northern suburbs).To your point, the larger-scale activity is east of 440 on the former Marine Terminal only because there is so much space there and room for big-box stores like Costco, Lidl, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.
