What is one way you can apply the 80/20 Principle today?
80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. How can you use this today to get results more effectively, be it scaling or reaching goals? Let's share ideas and help our businesses grow.
Me, Today: I had a lot of leads come in from the last campaign that I can't quite keep up with, but a lot of them are tire-kickers. I have to force my self to skip over ones that take time and aren't likely to go anywhere (though I hate to "waste" them). If I focus 80% of my time on the leads that look like they might be promising or hot, I'll get more deals, faster, and grow the business more effectively.
