The CDC defines those properties affected as: "any property leased for residential purposes, including any house, building, mobile home or land in a mobile home park, or similar dwelling leased for residential purposes".

I saw a piece about mobile homes, and I was thinking that I might buy the land, but I'm having difficulty finding out how much it would cost to purchase said land, as an average.

We have tenants on these mobility programs but it is important to run your numbers at market rent and if you get a mobility tenant then it is a bonus.

Right now I'm mainly focused on rental property (single family but also I'm thinking of mobile home parks or small multifamily duplex or 4-plex), but I'm open to hearing other options.
