If you look at most search tools today, you can only search by bed, bath, sq ft, etc. but with expanded parameterized search in a ChatGPT-like query, you can query for N number of attributes.Some things we need to add in at Camphor include satellite imagery and generally for imagery data for communal areas, matterport 3D tours, etc.

I still need to tour and get an inspection I know, but I'm in the searching phase as of now. 

I went out there a few weeks ago and toured everything and really liked what I saw.

I flew out there, did the tours, shook hands.Question is: compared to what?

Have them tour the property and give you bids.  

Realtors gotta sell that house at that price multiple times per transaction, once to the seller so they sign the listing agreement, once to the market and other Realtors (broker's tour, etc), once to the buyer (with the marketing pictures, staging, etc), and a final time to the appraiser.
