Once you prove the concept, refine your systems, gain traction with website traffic, etc. then you could pivot and build it into a lead gen source where you sell the leads off to agents and/or sell services to them such as the ability to post listings, place banner ads, etc.I like the concept.

We have gotten some traction and feel pretty good about it as it has some huge potential and the ability to be about a 15% return which is acceptable by most investors we've encountered in LA.

It hasn't had any time to gain traction yet, and while I'm sure it will eventually become an invaluable resource, the vast majority of the companies on there have no reviews yet (barring a few suspiciously positive results).Again we fall into the same pattern, the trap of no real actionable intel being gleaned from a turnkey thread.
