Once you prove the concept, refine your systems, gain traction with website traffic, etc. then you could pivot and build it into a lead gen source where you sell the leads off to agents and/or sell services to them such as the ability to post listings, place banner ads, etc.I like the concept.

We have gotten some traction and feel pretty good about it as it has some huge potential and the ability to be about a 15% return which is acceptable by most investors we've encountered in LA.

There is a way to do it that gets you great traction and learning and another way where you just spin your wheels and get nowhere.I see some new members grow and flourish and others flounder as they get frustrated and quit when they can't have things their way.

Instagram for real estate is a great local brand builder and connection mechanism with other agents, but the traction to get results is much longer in time than targeted Facebook ads from your Facebook business page.

It hasn't had any time to gain traction yet, and while I'm sure it will eventually become an invaluable resource, the vast majority of the companies on there have no reviews yet (barring a few suspiciously positive results).Again we fall into the same pattern, the trap of no real actionable intel being gleaned from a turnkey thread. 

In my area, VRBO is not a huge thing, but gaining traction so seems like more restrictions on it are coming.  

On the other hand if this course is the only way for your husband to get some traction and get going, it might be worth it?
