Mortgage Broker/ Bank/ Hard Money Lender – Someone that has experience working with other investors.

It isn't like this a condominium where assessments are paying for common parts of the building like the roof, etc.Prior to this, I didn't have much experience serving on an HOA board and have therefore relied on the management company for their opinion on certain decisions. 

. - Manzanita, Arch Cape, Cannon Beach, Pacific City - Already well established as the more prestigious zip code on the Oregon Coast and just a quick drive from Portland this northern coast region offers premium restaurants, experiences and accessibility.

It is too nuanced and requires capital, experience & focus.  

Only experience is renting out my first home in Springfield, VA when I was in the Navy.

Any advice or experiences you’re open to sharing would be greatly appreciated!

@Colby Burns  Agreed regarding the PM side with them (A member of my spouses family had a horrible experience with them)  Regarding the construction side, I cannot speak to. 

From my experience, if I had started in real estate right after school, I would have very little network and little to no funds for the RE exam, CE classes, and networking registrations.

You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on, and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.
