Not much to add, just wanted to express condolences...this sometimes happens in this game, even to the best of us.My only advice would be to stall and buy some time.

We use RocketStation for VA's and they train them on Appfolio if they haven't used it before, but many VA's have.

We're in the process but that's slowing the train! 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

I know, I know, the bank didn't TOLD you it was a Fannie/Freddie guideline...and that's how front line Loan Officers are trained to respond. 

I have 50+ units and have spent countless hours messing w appfolio, tenant cloud, etc etc especially to train assistant when havent had under control myself.all the while,I have been an excel whizz from my acctg days!
