how many of your rental units do you rent for under market because you are giving back to the community are you letting some people live for free in your units as a charitable donation to society.?

That curiosity of my inner soul to find the answers to why I lost everything & how could I have avoided or even make some from that crisis and that journey made me to land in an unchartered open territory as if I opened up the door of the secret society of Global Financial market which was unknown to me but exists in every generation in the human history.

Also--not that this is good or bad, just a fact--they have a much more ohesive society than the US where personal sacrifice is accepted, less prone to civil unrest and crime.

That way your contribution actually goes to help abandoned animals.If a pet is found abandoned in a purchase or rental, call the local humane society and the local police and see if you can pressure them into prosecuting.Animals get abandoned because there are no consequences.

However, if we take out the bubble years that were contributed to by lending and also pent up demand from the early 90's, and just look at 1976 to 1990, the average is 11% so even without the excessive lending, this 9% seems to hold close.2) Sadly our society today and in the future has a much much higher divorce rate.

The more government has control the closer we become to a socialist society.
