I am slowly learning to relax.

Once I relaxed a little and listened to everyone here, I was ok.

It was super relaxed and we had his banker sister do the docs.

She is now to the age where she is unable to continue, and we are going to take over everything for her, so she can hopefully relax and watch the money come in to her. 

Take a breath, relax a bit, maybe get a therapist or some anxiety med's or something because man the jump to panic is over the top. 

If that’s the case, zoning may be and probably is far more relaxed.

I would equate STNL with getting on an inter tube and relaxing down a lazy river and MTNL - Most retail centers except 2 to 4 tops with national tenants being like in a lap pool swimming up against 10 mile an hour currents trying to gain ground.I have some of those deals closing but is taking more time because lender, buyer, and seller want to see how businesses re-open and do to get a clearer picture of the recovery.

Also, while at work, you may want to start making time as well reaching out to agents, contractors, etc. because if you're only available during the weekends, not all people are going to be available since they want some fun time and relax too.
