Dividing 2 properties on 1 deed
I have a property with 2 dwellings in 1 deed. Both properties use the same well.
How easy would it be to divide the property into 2 deeds? Also, how would I go about doing so?
Looking to sell off the one.

Lots of issues Godfrey.....zoning (is the lot size big enough) utilities......are both props serviced by 1 water line....neighborhood........are ur neighbors going to allow
I would advise talking to a good re lawyer who has done this before. Shouldn’t be too expensive
