I would also advocate getting bids.Kevins suggestion of seeking independent advice is a good one, even for lower amounts as premiums can be paid for a long time.I'll still can't get to that site, so if anyone wants to put up the basis of the program as to how or why a policy could or should be used to promote RE would be a good thing...

I also have a PM for some of my properties and they have been using a self-showing service: they get the tenants application and DL, prescreen them a bit over the phone then program a digital lock box (Sentrilock) for a one-time showing.

Here's the catch with those programs:1) Getting in the program as a 0 exp in GUC is impossible2) Even when partnering with a builder, that builder will only get credit for the builds he's done for himself.
